A cooperative (also co-operative; often referred to as a co-op) is a business organization owned and operated by a group of individuals for their mutual benefit.

This form of organization is particularly suitable to support Decentralized production of Green Energy. The role of the cooperative would be to :

• Raise funds through selling shares
• Negociate Framework Agreements and manage relationship with :

  • Banks
  • GRD
• Centralize expenditures to leverage bargaining power (toward suppliers)
• Centralize revenues to leverage bargaining power (toward clients)
• Lobby, communicate, train, inform :
  • General Public
  • EU Decision Makers
  • Local Authorities
• Support the community through investing in local projects
